What benefits am I entitled to if I get injured at work?

Under the Illinois Worker’s Compensation Act, an employee injured at work can be entitled to:

  • Temporary Total Disability (TTD) benefits;
  • Temporary Partial Disability (TPD) benefits;
  • Vocational Rehabilitation/Maintenance benefits;
  • Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) benefits;
  • Permanent Total Disability (PTD) benefits; and
  • Medical benefits
